Keeping Ourselves Safe

Room 4 are learning about 'Keeping Ourselves Safe.' For the first part of the week Room 4 had Constable Paul come in and talk to us about how people need permission to touch our body, touches we like, touches that hurt and touches that are confusing. We made flow chart about our weekend activities and numbered them from safest to most dangerous.
Miss Still gave us homework booklets that had sheets to do with safety. We had to look after an egg for a week.
Room 4 watched 'Phoebe's story.' It was about Phoebe who was being bulled at school. A teacher helped her with the problem. Then we made a poster about ways to keep safe. We watched a story about a boy when his babysitter touched parts of his body that he didn't like.
